The lowest membership doesn't get you much, only really worth anything on the more expensive L level. No free trial and I signed up for a 12 month contract without realising I had. Told them as soon as I realised, but the customer service is pretty last century when it comes to customer care, so now I'm locked into a year on an app I don't want to be on. I see Classpass has much better reviews on here, I should've checked that before I signed up. Go with them.

Cancellation fees are huge, if you show up 1 min later you will be charged with the full class cost! Also, you can only visit any venue 1 time a day and 4 times a month at maximum. What I am paying for with my subscription if you charge so much in advance?

The search is abysmal. I searched for "gym" and "fitness" next to my address in Berlin (Fhain). The app literally returned "No results" every time. Crossfit is not even a category, neither is weightlifting. The only way to find this thing called gym is to click through a million dots on the map. Favorites are sorted alphabetically not by location or at least cities so you have a mix of gyms across cities in one list. No updates are being done to this terrible piece of software since years.
